- NEW LIFE is severely under-funded.
- Health clinic closed in June 2006 due to lack of support and the introduction of licencing fees that NEW LIFE could not pay.
- They are normal people showing initiative in prohibitive and arduous circumstances.
NEW LIFE is a strong and well-established community group for people living with HIV/AIDS.- They are bold in their message and use their products to educate their wider community on HIV/ AIDS. For example see the embroidery sample ‘A friend with AIDS is always a friend’ and the AIDS ribbon bead pin to raise AIDS awareness.
